I did not see this in the list. Any ideas?

OK, I found a more complete list of codes at http://www.troublecodes.net/GM/94-95_65.shtml

The code in question is a cylinder balance fault. There are 8 balance codes so I assume one for each cylinder. Not real sure what that is telling me but at least I know what it is. Any info on these codes would be great.

I will make another post with my other code in question to try and clarify these problems.

DTC 91 - #1 Cylinder Balance Fault

I would start with cracking the nut loose on the injector line for #1 and see if you have fuel squirting out. If you do have fuel, then move onto a compression test. It could also be an injector. I see you have 300K on it, but how many on the injectors? If you don't have any fuel, then you probably have an IP issue.

I am just real curious as to how the PCM can detect this?? I know I cracked that injector line before and it was pumping. It also runs great when warmed up. Are IPs finicky like that? What about the PMD? I have pretty much decided to change the injectors but I do not want to chase my tail. Is that IP weird like that or do they show their ugly face all the time when failing?

I would clear all codes and see if it comes back. You might have triggered the code when you cracked the injector line fitting.
