Where is the cheapest place to get 5" elbows and piping to make a custom intake. I know i can use a intake boot off a big rig but who has the best prices?

Also who offers 5" air filters?

I can get you a 5" air filter. I am also putting a 5" intake system on but with a air shutoff and i am going to use something different for plumbing.

I think you can get away with this on the LLY's but I have heard that LB7's have to have to MAF

How do you shut it off, I've run B0802 zero'd out, but didnt really notice anything one way or the other, however the stock settings were still retained in B0201, so was the MAF really turned off?

never satisfied

im about to make an intake kit for mine but also not sure where to get the pipe from Travis if you figure something out let me know but so far i think im just going to get some aluminum pipe and cut it to make the angles then weld it back together again. but im still trying to decide whats the best way to do this

you lose some drivability, for best street driving you should use the MAF sensor, You can shut it off on the LB7, it will help in spooling charger.
