i have a 1984 cucv with the 24 volt starting system.my question concerns the large resistor on the firewall directly behind the engine.i believe its suppose to be 24 volts in and 12 volts out.i'm getting 24 in and 24 out.i think its messing up the glow system.thanks for any help
