Made it out to the track this weekend and made a few runs. Best run was 15.27 at 88 mph leaving at a dead idle w/ 2wd anything different in 2wd truck would spin bad. Don't want to run in 4x4 until i get the tierod sleeves. Do u guyes think w/ this upgrade i will be safe. Truck will seldom be ran at the track but i want all i can get w/ what i got when i want it if u know what i mean. I know I could shave a half a second in 4x4. From what i have read 1500 -2000 is the sweet spot O and one other ? should I leave the truck in 4x4 or hit the 2wd button after launch? thanks u guyes..... I will keep yall posted....

once you get the sleeves you will be fine if youre not drag racing all the time. if youre going to beat on your truck a lot you may want to upgrade more of the front end.

you can push the button if you want but it WONT disengage 4x4. all the tq will keep it in 4x4 until you let out. it only tries to disengage or engage for a second or 2 and if it doesnt happen it will stay in the mode its already in. for example - if you launch and hit the button it will try for a second or 2 to come out of 4x4, if it cant it will just stay in 4x4 which means at the other end of the track you have to push the button again.

i would suggest doing the cognito braces as well. they help strengthen the front end and will keep you going straight in 4wd. i would also lower your torsion bars down all the way. it will help your 60' times alot. just mark the bolts before you take them out so when you put them back in you know how far to thread them back in.
