Not sure where to post the ?, so I'll put it here, with apologies if I'm wrong. Can anyone tell me if the CD versions of GM service manuals being sold on Ebay are on the level? I'm talking about

These seem to be selling for a heck of a lot less than what Helms sells their CD manuals for, so I'm skeptical. Is there a catch here I don't see?
