Same bolt pattern.

Yes, but why? It has been beaten to death, and proven that a 4L80E can handle whatever a 6.2/6.5 can throw at it.

I have not see it personally but have heard that the 4l80e has been installed behind low ouput Duramax's in some Van applications.
