I want to buy a good set of seat covers, and I see that these are highly recommended by alot of people. What I am wondering is, how well does the cordura breathe? Does it cause you to sweat against them? How comfortable are they with shorts on?

Thanks in advance!

I have had cordura covers in the past, and never had any comfort issues with them. I just ordered marathons for my current truck.

I have had them since I had ordered my truck. The ones I got are the 1000 denier cordura and waterproof. I live in SC and it gets hot down here in the summers. I have not had any issues with the covers. Even though they do not breath, (since they are waterproof), they do not feel wet like vinyl would. I feel they are one of the best buys you could spend your truck money on...

x2 with Dave. I live in Orlando, it doesn't get much hotter and more humid, and I've never had a problem. If you do live where it's really hot and humid, I'd take them off once a year or so and wash them according to what they say, and you'll never have a problem. They are by far the best seat covers I've ever had! Definitely worth the $!

Also Kstump, I forgot to mention...When you order, go ahead and get the head rest covers, (so everything inside matches), and above all...make sure you have them add the map pockets to your seat backs. Those map pockets do not cost much, and I have really gotten my use with them. For instance, on the passenger side map pocket, it's an easy reach to where I keep my pistol. Wasted space put to good use.
