My 2001 excursion with 7.3 psd stalls while at idle. Then it can be re-started immediately after. Mainly when it rains or is wet out. It sometimes tries to quit while on the highway giving the vehicle a hard halting sound and feel. The vehicle is still under warranty but when the vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, of course, the stalling did not happen. Does this sound familiar or ring a bell? Please help, and thanks in advance.

Ide start with the CPS. (Camshaft Position Sensor)

Check oil, and engine connections. But CPS's are famous to fail in those. Costs about 100 bucks from Ih dealer.
