Had a Quad 2 and went with PPE Race..Both excellent products in my opinion. I'm just off in the winter so I'm playing. Anyway, back to the problem. Put truck back to stock, installed PPE,and it works great. Sold my Quad and now the new owner gets a vin lock code and is unable to install. My vin is still in the Quad, and support says send it back to me and I have to return it to stock again. If my vin is still in the Quad, how was I able to install the PPE? Like I said, the PPE runs great,I'm on level 4. I'll do what Quad tech says,I just don't understand what I can do different. Anyway,if I can't get it to work for the new owner,I'll just buy him a new one and keep the Quad..

also make sure you put your ppe back to stock before you try to put the quad back to stock again.

OK, that makes sense..Not necessarily THE stock tune but the current tune. I will for sure put it back to stock first..Thanks

Sounds like you used the "stock tune" when you should have chosen "return to stock". Sounds the same but are not.

No,I used the return to stock. According to Quad, sometimes this happens..
