I used to have bfg mud terrains and the rain handling wasnt too good? What about toyos or hankooks or even the new bfg km2, or should i just stick with an all terrain? any help is appreciated thanks:)

I had Toyo's for about 2 weeks & thought they were good. Not too much time to judge though.

I would go with the Toyos over anything! You won't believe how much better they handle compared to the rest of the other M/Ts and even some A/Ts!!!

If you want to stick with a Mud Terrain tire i would recomend a Set of Pro Comp Xtreme Mud Terrains. I've ran BFG AT & MT in the past and i found that the Pro Comp tire has a better wet traction then the BFG. Even if you want to go with an AT tire they also make a good one of those too. The secret is the exta siping they put in the lugs. Not sure what size your looking for so here's a good selection for the Xtreme Mud Terrain (http://www.offroadunlimited.com/orustore/PC/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=827)

Toyo's don't wear good if you tow. So far that is my only complaint in
8-9K.They handle great.
Cooper STT's are the best overall IMO. I've run BFG M/T's,MT/R's,Cooper STT's,Toyo M/T's,and been around some Xterrains :(.

The X M/T's that Pro Comp has are basically a Cooper STT under the Pro Comp name with minor changes to the tread IMO. I would like to try a set myself but you can't go wrong with the STT's.

The Toyo's are a bit pricey compared to some but worth the money in my opinion. They handle and ride better than the BFG all terrains I ran on previous rig.

Get some siping done to the tires and the traction will be a lot better.

I have had Pro Comp Mud terrians on my truck for a few months now & they are awsome. Great on dry & wet pavement or if i'm crusing threw 12 inches of snow.
