I have a 1994 K2500 4x4 6.5 rear air I am basically bringing back to what shape I want..the headliner is shot (gee) and as such I rodered enough material and associated spray adhesive for a replacement.
Any tips would be appreciated. I currently have the seats out while I renew the carpet, so ideal time to pull the headboards..but what do I have to do and what do I need to look out for?
Thx

The foam the fabric is attached to is probably crumbling and will not hold the adhesive. Do a search in google, that is where I found a link to learn about it. It is a little tricky but can be done. I used thumb tacks to hold up my sagging headliner in a 92!

Seriousily is the headliner removable on the OBS w/the intent to put it back afterwards?
Reason I am asking because I want to wire up some cab marker lights, a wireless Go light and some off road lights at various places...
It just looks gay if you drill a hole right THROUGH the liner and roof for various wires and such...then there's also the issue of leaks...
