havns3 01-09-2005, 02:00 PM My father in law bought a used 2003 dually last spring. So when it was time for putting on the front cover he pulled out the one that was opened up. Apparently the first owner assumed that the bumper cover was to cover the grille.he cut out the holes for the lights and signals to make it work. When we looked again the grille cover was under the rear passenger seat with all the parts for install.
