This is my first post here, just kinda been sittin and watchin for a while. Does anyone know much about the TST PowerMax CR Module? I've noticed a couple of people using them, and was curious as to how you like them. I will hopefully be buying an '03-'04 Dodge 2500 6-spd sometime this year. I had a '96 2500, but it had a 360 in it. My brother got an '03 1500 with the 360, and I love that truck. Only way to make it better would be to have a Cummins. Any other tips on making this thing a lot more fun? Yes, I'll be taking it to the drag strip some, and towing 7-10k lbs about twice a month. Thanks in advance for your reply's.

The TST box is just AWSOME! Keep the settings low so you dont kill your stock clutch and also to keep the boost down so you dont hurt your turbo. I would put a good exhaust system on, air intake and an ATS exhaust manifold to help equal exhaust pressure to the turbo (it helps from over-spooling the turbo). OH! and a clutch too, one thing at a time.

What levels are considered "safe"? I plan on going to 5" exhaust the day I get the truck. The stock downpipe is 4" on the '03 and up correct? So no need to replace it?

That's what I'm using and I like it for it's quality and number of settings. I think it's probably th best box out there for common rail Cummins. Safe is nothing over 6 total. I run 3 hp and 3 tq.

I always run mine on 5/8 stacked with an Edge EZ on 3. I have the stock turbo, but a SBC DD clutch, airraid intake, gauges, and 5" straight pipe exhaust. With this combination, my EGT's are very good. They stay around 1200 max. If I'm running a 1/4 mile wot or something they might go higher, but I can't say for sure. Bursts from 50 to 100 don't go over 1200.

Do you have your pyro pre or post turbo? I can hit 1200 real quick on setting 6/5.

It's pre-turbo in the manifold. I'm not sure of your setup, but I was getting hot quickly with the TST alone. I found it easy to peg my 1600 degree gauge. Stacking it with the Edge EZ on level 3 cooled it down a lot.
