Not sure if you are looking to replace the remote starter you have or just upgrade the passlock bypass in your truck.

If you are looking to replace an older module that uses a key or resistor to bypass the passlock system, look here: http://www.bypasskit.com/product.aspx?prodid=GMDL-BP&catid=14

This is the bypass that I received from Max Power when I bought and installed my Astrostart remote starter.

ok, have some questions? what actually happens with the seat, radio, mirror, after you remote start? also i see there are upgraded versions of this module, what changes were made? if you get the first generation will it matter with my truck? or do i want the latest model. i am just trying to simplify what i have now, and maybe get a few more features. thanx:p

The seat radio and mirror will stay where they were before you started. You will not have the ability to choose between driver 1 and 2 when using the remote starter.

One of the revisions was to allow them to work with 04 trucks. Don't worry you won't likely get an old unit as they were upgraded over a year ago.

ok, thanx max power. im having a brain fart here or something, maybee to much gentleman jack.
on a website i was looking at there were all the icons listed that the module did. if the seat, radio, mirror stay where they are , why do they list it with the module?

Sorry I realised after that my response was not accurate. The module sets everything to driver 1 if you have that feature enabled. If you have two remotes you can't have it set one remote to driver 1 and the other to driver 2. I hope that clears that up for you.
