Have the triple dog now and wanted to go with EFI live, bully dog but the crazy lary is a shitty tune in my opinion, wanted to go with EFI live, the question is should I run them together? Or just do all programming with the efi live? Also if I do it all with the efi live, can I still use the outlook monitor for all of the gages that it displays?

As far as the triple dog, most say the extreme actually runs better than crazy larry. You can't stack EFI on top of it because they both reprogram the ecm, one is not a harness box. EFI is different from the bullydog in that you write your own tunes or get them from other people that have made them, it doesn't come with pre-programmed horsepower settings. EFI Live can make you any kind of tune you want at any power level as long as you have the supporting mods to handle the power such as lift pump, trans, etc. The outlook will work as standalone gauges. I know it comes with an egt probe but if the boost is read off the truck sensor then you're probably going to want to get a real boost gauge that monitors the actual boost of the truck as the truck sensor will not be correct.

How far off is the boost presseure that is read off of the truck? Just wodnering if it is really nesessary to run a seperate sensor.

Quite a large difference from what I have heard. You will definitely want a real gauge if you get EFI live and start messing around with your boost tables. You can make these turbo's go up into the high 40's of boost but most people agree the max limit is 32 so you could definitely take a chance on blowing a turbocharger.
