We have a rolled truck here that we have and in the process it sorta dented up the top rail on the grill guard. I would sorta like to keep it on but yet don't like that dent their. I attached some pictures and would like to c what y'all think and how to go about repairing it :)

the first two things that come to mind are cutting it out and putting a new tube in or sanding it down and filling it w/ body filler and making it smooth.

Body filler did cross my mind!! Do you think it would stay on good enough?? How durable do you think it would be??

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of the heavy duty bumper and see if they will sell you just the grill guard part.
Just a thought.

Cut it off, and smooth out where it mounts to the bumper.

I would cut it out, but I know people have fixed dents in headers by filling them with water and freezing it. The water expands and pushes the dent out. Its worth a shot if you can find a walk in freezer or if its cold enough outside where you are....
