who sells just the downpipe for the cheapest that's any good the best i've seen is ssdiesel for $69 or $65 if you can get it off ebay is that the best i'm gonna get? i have the rest of the exhaust covered but need a downpipe, not planning on doing the crossover right now might take it off and test it (golf ball) and wrap it with header tape

Don't wrap it with header tape, it will act as a moisture collection point and rot the pipe, cheap-& good are not synonymous words with 6.5, there are cheap & good parts but not together, a LOT of ebay stuff is low price low quality, we strongly suggest you buy from a site sponsor as they have a reputation to maintain and over time have proven to be best source for stuff that works, you do get what you pay for.

thanks aces i'll check that out and about the tape wouldn't it improve the efficiency of the turbo by getting the heat to it or is it not worth it compared to the cost of upkeep?
