would it be hard to remove the black door molding on say a 04-05 truck without it leaving a dull place?? or can it be done easy, and buffed out fine...thanks

It depends how much crap accumulated behind the molding and sat against the paint for 3-4 years. You probably don't see much salt by you and I think the paint would shine up OK.

Actually, it's the opposite. Where the dirt didn't go, it'll look showroom new. If it's been awhile, a light buff may be required to put scratches back in.

I pulled my mouldings off when truck was about 6 months old and it looked brand new under there.. I never did buff but after half a dozen washes everything matches now.

Unless you have excessive sun fade, you'll be fine. I did a total debadge on a dodge Dakota that was 4 years old. You will be able to see where they were until it's buffed, but you won't be able to tell afterward. I took the big ugly 4X4 stickers off my truck last year, and didn't even have to buff it. I just waxed it, and you couldn't tell they were ever there.

It shouldn't leave a dull place - if anything, it will be shinier as heymccall stated.

Be careful that you apply enough heat, and don't pull too hard on the moulding though - I've seen people warp the Censored out of the steel by not being careful enough...

Nope now holes, I have done a dozen of the new LMM's just heat a corner and rip em off! haha takes 5 minutes if that. No getting the double sided tape off with a rubber wheel takes awhile... I think it looks way better without them
