I have a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD and am currently on stock wheels and 265x75x16 GY Wrangler Silent Armor tires. Here is what I am proposing to do:
Run 17x8 MB Shakers (chrome)
Run 295x70x17 Nitto Grapplers
Install the Cognito 4-6" suspension set at 4 with the Bilstein 5100's
No cranking on the T-bars
My question is has anyone done this exact same setup and does it take any trimming at all and what is the height of the roof since I am trying to do all of this and still fit in the garage? I have approximately 7.25 of clearance to park the truck in the garage from my curent setup and after my calculations it will be close on whether I can do this proposed suspension with the noted tire.....HELP ?????????
I do know that based off the Norcaltruck.com website and the 06 GMC with the same type of setup stated the roof heigh was 83" high but that seems HIGH based off my current setup and measurements!
