I have a 1994 k2500 burb with analog speedo/tach standard cluster. Its a 6.5 4x4 column shift. I pulled the cluster and it has a basically male connector that mates with flat copper blades in the dash.

I have a cluster pulled from a 1988 4x4 2500 with best I can describe it is light up gauges..ie no needles, more like a series of lights to should speed, etc
it looks similar, physically same as far a dimensions, but it has a male pin type connector on the back and wont mate to the dash.

I would like to do the swap, but dont know if its possible. Whats needed? The mating piece from the dash, and harness behind that same? Cant be done? Adapter harness available?

Its listed as far as I know as being an option on a 94 suburban.
