truck is in limp mode flashing the p0087 code. low rail pressure. totally lost here. will take any advice

Clear the code, keep your foot out of it ? :)
What setting were you on on the PPE?
When's the last time the fuel filter was changed?

What were you doing? Running it hard? I think you need some fuel. Maybe and new fuel filter or lift pump?

this is different. i was running a quadzilla stealth 2 on econ mode. earlier today i tried to install a TS MP 8 on top of the quad and it made it run really really bad. it also gave me a fuel rail shim kit which i also installed. i flashed a code for to high of a rail pressure so i took the whole MP 8 off completely and took the shims out and now im running the quadzilla on the econ mode and still tripping the P0087 code

as of now i cant drive it 2 miles on econ mode without tripping the p0087....... fuel filter is only about 2 weeks old. could this possibly be a fuel rail shim kit problem?

Take out all the tuners, and drive it. Do you see a problem...Then hook up the PPE and drive it, if it doesnt trip a check engine w/ stock and PPE it's the quad..

its more then likely in the tune not the shim kit. leave the shim in but try it with the stock tune then with the quad again and then with the ppe if it does it with all of them then you have another issue. edit check your fuel filter first i bet its clogged

theres also a possability you have a leak in the prv when you did the shim check tht as well to make sure

i have ran the quad for 3 days already with no problems or codes. it all started today after i put the ts mp 8 in. when i had the quad, ts mp 8 and shim kit in the truck, it would not even start. after i finally got it started it would just set there and smoke black at an idle and it would not run right. so after that i took the shim kit and ts mp 8 out. and now i am running the quadzilla and tripping the low rail pressure code. this is why i am so confused. no codes before....and now codes. I tried the shim kit with only 1 shim instead of 2 and still continued to get a code that said high rail pressure. so that is why i just took the shims out and ran the rail just the way it was before installed the kit. and that is when i got the low pressure code.

well i would try completley back to stock shim programer ect if tht dosent work u might have a ecm issue from the stack you tried.
