Cheaper route would be a Haynes. Not as detailed, but if you have good mechanical skills it'll work.

The Haynes has no information on the D-Max. Worthless in my opinion.

You can buy the subscription, but I found it hard to navigate. I bought the Helms.

hey sparky
i have never used alldata b4 my buddy loves it.there web sight dosnt say a how lot bout it but looks like it would cover ever thnig.my buddies is on hes 01' dodge 2500 and he said it the most info out there,what im geting at, is have u used it for the dmax and if so besides the nav diff, what what would you say the pro/cons are? if you dont mind talkin bout it.

It is basically the same diagrams as in the Helms. Im just an old fart and like hard copies. So much for a paperless society! They both kind of jump around a little, I just find it easier to find in the hard copy.

I think it is just a matter of preference. I signed up for the Alldata first, then found the Helms. The Helms even comes on discs now.

That is one hell of a squirrel there!
