You can only reset them when reflashing yor tcm.

I'm not even sure if its worth trying in beta, i downloaded the bb logging update and the fact that is says that once you update the firmware to bb logging you can never revert back.

See the thread here for the latest update.

Beta isn't something to get into just to have the latest and greatest. There are bugs and need to be worked out and if you are looking for a lot of bells and wistles you most likely will be disappointed. As of now there are is a very limited amount of PIDS for the BBLogging.

I was just looking at the PID's. Not gonna do it anymore.

7.5.3 is a stable public release. For Duramax users, this release contains a number of additional parameters for LB7 and LLY who use SVO. If your upgrading from 7.4.X then the auto update functionality is a GREAT feature to have. (no more huge downloads)

There is probably no real reason to upgrade if your not running SVO, although there is no real reason why you shouldn't. There are a couple of known issues with this release - DSP .cal files are not extracting into the right location, which requires the user to manually move the files. An update will be made available when Paul returns from leave on 29th January.

As for BETA - it's exactly that - test software - it's a good working model, and is very stable - all thanks to the wonderful input of our dedicated BETA testers. It's not 110% polished as yet, nor is it complete - PID selection is one area that is far from complete at this stage.

We suggest that you read the information on who should (and who shouldn't) upgrade and decide for yourself. I'd say from your later posts that I think you've made the right decision in not to upgrade today.

This is a VERY high priority, and will become the TOP priority (along with LBZ/LMM switchable) once BBL is nailed. It requires Ross and Paul to work side by side to implement, so once BBL is in a public release, Ross will head off to New Zealand or Paul will head to Australia to implement.

Cheers

I would definitely hold off on the Beta version. I installed it on my V2 and as of the latest release, I am unable to read or flash my LMM ECM. It is giving me an error stating the ecm is locked and the calibration is corrupted or missing. I wish I could just swap my V2 out for a normal firmware version so I could at least make some use of EFI-LIVE and the stuff I learned at the class last week.

BBL shouldn't be causing your problems. There was an issue with some of the .cal files in the 7.5.3 release. This will be fixed on our next release.

If you still have your EFILive V7 software still installed on your PC, copy your calibration files from C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7\Calibrations\

Into
C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7.5\Calibrations\
