find out what you're reading on the speedo and divide it by what the real mph is. For example, your speedo reads 60 but you're actually going 65.......... 60 divided by 65 = .923 Take your current tire revs per mile and multiply that number by .923 and enter the new number into the tune and re-load. Of course if you're reading higher than you are really going the principal is the same. Say reading 65 but only going 60. Take 65 divided by 60 = 1.083 and multiply the tires revs by that number.

I have EFI Live, but have tuned HP Tuners in the past. I do not know, but on EFI Live you have speedo tables in the ecm and in the trans (tcm). The ones in the trans "appear" to have no affect, as far as speedo stuff. They do work on the trans shifting stuff. But changing gears, revs, etc. doesn't change my speedo, UNLESS I make the changes in the ecm.

No idea if HP Tuners is set up the same, just thought I'd throw it out.

I just run with the stock tires right now, but on the LBZ models we do not have a spot in the trans for anything yet. Does the lb7 have a spot in the trans for speedo table?

contacting support at hptuners.com with your .hpl file and a full description of the issue would be your best bet so if I have a problem answering it I at least have the info to be able to forward to the powers that can.

Didn't get around to making a demo to go along with it but the spreadsheet is pretty self explanatory so should get you by.
