I've never had that in mine, so let's think this thru.

1. Check the 1/2 doors for proper closure. Grab the door and jiggle while the front is open.
2. Lube all door seals with a silicon lubricant. Wipe it on, rub it in, and remove the excess. Do the same for the rear window seals, using care not to get it everywhere.
3. Jiggle the window latch/lock while open and shut. A loose center hinge pin (replace latch assy) or loose thru glass hardware (snugly tighten) will allow excess play.
4. Close a piece of camper foam in the latch side of the seal and drive to verify that is truly the window.

I know you have probably tried all of this, BUT.... Amuse me and do it if you haven't.:)

And, technically, there is no adjustment that I'm aware of.

I think you can take a long thin screw and tension the frame half of the window latch towards the door shell. When they urethane the glass assembly in at the factory it cures with the glass latched and should be left unlatched until it is cured. I'll have to look at mine to give you a better idea on how to do it.
