On the Crew Cab the front doors lock but rear doors do not lock with the remote control or the switch on the drivers side. I have to manually slide the lock on each back door. They all open with the remote or the drivers side switch.They all lock when you drive off.

I tried recyncronizing according to the owners manual. Still NG.

Any ideas?

Could be a bad relay. Swap the lock and unlock relay at the fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash.
