This model from sx sounds more like the PPE:
- Factory preset at 12 PSI
- 160 GPH free flow rate
- Requires external fuel pressure regulator, such as SX Performance™ models 15412 or 15413
- Replaceable screen filter
- 1/2 inch NPT inlet/outlet ports

yes thats it, you can turn the pressure down on the pump with the brass screw on the right side of the pump in your pic.I run 12 psi but my truck is a LBZ, I know the older trucks that have the fuel lines going thru the ecm cant run that much pressure I think you can only run 7 to 8 psi, And that pump will turn down to that without a regulator. Not sure about the pump you have there butthe ones from PPE are the same but PPE had different seals installed to stop the leaking and had the screen change on the inlet side to hold up to the new fuel.My forst 2 1792's started leaking alittle after 6 months of use.PPE replaced pump with new one,There great people to work with ask for Dan,He's also on here user name is Dan@PPE.

Ive, had the PPE pump for quite a while now, works great, very quite, and it does not have external regulator (it is built into the pump).
