I got all replaced in only 4 days. I feel very fortunate to get her back so quickly. Is there anything special I need to be doing? I want to add secondary fitration (PRE OEM).

I changed fuel filters today and cut open my old one with 7K miles and looked black. There was some rust in the bottom of the canister. I add Stanadyne Performance to every fill-up. Looks like it did not remove all water.

If you had rust in the bottom of your fuel filter then the Stanadyne is working.
It's job is too combine the small water particles into bigger ones and then it's the fuel filter/water seperator's job to trap and hold the water in the bottom of the filter. Which if you have rust it's doing :)
So now that you know that you have water in your fuel in your area you should open the water drain valve on the bottom of the filter once in a while to drain the water out. And a little rust in the bottom of the filter never hurt anyone. The rust is on the dirty side of the filter and any particles that might come loose will be trapped by the filter. As long as it dosen't sit there a while and rust all the way through the filter.
Since you seem to have water contaminated fuel in your area you need to moniter the filter a little more closely than someone with cleaner fuel. It may be extra work for you but at least now your better informed and can stay on top of it.

They mention anything about your exhaust or pyro probe or anything? What dealership?

They are the ones that installed my pyro anyways. They are the ones that sold me my PPE xcelerator. They did sell juice at one time too. The dealership is Notbohm motors. I am friends with them as well. (Patients of mine). Nothing has ever been said about the removal of my muffler either.

Now my truck run great!!! Alot quicker from the go. I am very happy.

I am also happy to know that my Stanadyne was doing its job. That does make sense since it is supposed to combine water particles. Another good day here.

I am thinking about the Racor pre OEM filtration system with the warmer. Is this a good choice? Ease of install?

I think you'll like the Racor, especially since you can visually check to see if there is any water in the trap that hasn't accumulated enough to trip the sensor. Installation of the filter was easy, but hooking up the heat & WIF sensor can be a little time-consuming finding the correct pink wires. I've never found any rust in my OEM fuel filter since the Racor install, even using Stanadyne.

i am starting to think up here in canada our fuel quality is of a better grade, i now have had done two fuel filter changes, filters used up completly, no rust on bottem, no additives added, and done at 35k, called dealer, and said others are doing the same at that mileage, no injector problems yet, mileage at 94k on motor, so far so good

I cut a filter open at about 22K and there was a little discolouration around the bottom 1/16 of the filter but the rest was clean as well. I was expecting it to be filthy with some rust. Not a spec of rust or water and I have no aux filtration whatsoever.

I changed the first filter at 60,000km (36,000 miles) and the second now is at 50,000.
The truck has never been back to a dealer for anything. Thought that is normal.
(2002 crewcab dually). You folks are scaring me.

Are you guys running secondary filtration? 36K miles for filter change seems awfully long. That is just my opinion though.
