What should the vacum be at the test port in front of the engine at crank speed. Dam thing won't start and this should tell me if the suction part of the pump is working (correct) 2001 early mdl. close to 2ook mi

What's the spec? I haven't found anything in the shop manual yet, but probably looking in the wrong place.

This thing surged once then died. no flags. Fuel filter fresh and no air when priming. Got any ideas
