This may already be public knowledge, but I thought I would post just in case anyone doesn't have this:

You can find the latest CAL's for your GM vehicle by simply entering your VIN:

Good site, but only tells you whats avail for it, not what you have already..

I can't find anything using the vin for my LLY 04.5

The site is a little picky... make sure your VIN is correct. I had to double check my serial number... turns out that the serial number listed on my insurance card was incorrect - doh! After entering the correct VIN, the CAL info comes up for my 2004.5 LLY.
