Since GM seems to think that dually buyers (even those that buy a truck with a high-end trim level...) don't care about nice looking aluminum wheels, I'm going to have to buy some after I buy my truck. I've seen the Alcoas and Eagles, but does anyone know of a website that specializes in dually wheels, or at least has a decent selection? I don't want anything fancy, just a nice polished aluminum wheel that doesn't look like it belongs on a highway maintenance truck. I don't like simulators so that's not really an option...
The other option is to have the steel part of the wheel painted to match the truck for a rally wheel effect. Has anyone does this, and if so can I please see pics?:D
Thanks,
Evan

There is not much out there really. American raceing has one wheel, and Southwest wheel has a few, but Eagle has the most options I have seen. A buddy just bought Alcoa Hot Shots and they look awesome. Weld has a couple as well.

I dont know it this is what you are looking for or not but this is something that I tried on my truck.

Yep, that's what I was thinking of doing. I would just need to find a spare set of wheels so my new truck isn't on jackstands while the wheels are being painted.:D

Look At Weld Racing, They Have Forged Aluminum Wheels In 4 Or 5 Different Styles, Polished Or Chrome. You Can Not Beat There Quality. They Also Have 16" Or 17" Dually Rims That Will Fit Your Bolt Pattern.

They are awesome, For the stock size replacement the weight Cap. is 3400 lbs. per rim. The web says 4000. But, my box said 3400. Stock rims 2440 lbs. If you do buy the Welds. 1 caution, look at all the rims, real good. I had one that had chips, that one was easy. And my rears both Evo Velocity 8, but one was a new make. It had additional design added. Didn't pay attention to the edge as much as I did the spokes.
