What is about the hottest EGT's and the most boost I would want to see safely? I just got my gauges in but dont know where the "limit" is. Mostly wondering for when I'm pulling a load up hill for example or accelerating heavily. Thanks.

1300 egt and 30 boost I've breifly hit 1400 before letting out of it, I don't get past 21-23 psi peak boost and stock turbo will hold 30-32 before you might want to think about a bigger turbo. Looks like you will be fine.

I wouldnt let the boost go over 30psi if you plan on doing it everyday just to keep safe. As far as EGT's go most will tell you not to sustain anything over 1300 for long periods of time, but you can of course get higher as long as you dont stay very long (less than a minute). Theres a good thread somewhere about pushing into higher egt's while drag racing.

What the hell is "pobe"? One per turbo just incase....

PSIG was for you Got Juice.

The "at sea level" was for Ben (EFILive) and McRat;)

Heres a dumb question. Is there an easy way to make my truck run higher boost? If so, how safe is it to run it a few pounds higher? Thanks.

Bleed valves in the waste gate line or an after market waste gate will get you some extra boost. Not sure how much with a stock truck. Add some programing and watch out...
Stay at or below the #'s above and you should be OK.
The easiest way will cost you a turbo..."Juicegrips"
