24 valve cummins 3500, its my buddys 230,000k the starter will just turn and turn the engine over and wont start,then u boost it(without the batterys being dead)and she'll fire right up. Then the next day it'll start right up, would it be a low voltage, i think its the fuel pump but i dont know much about dodges.

Sounds more like the starter motor, @ 230000mi - could also need intense battery cable maintenance

try charging the batteries. When the truck wont fire does it crank just as fast as when you jump it?

Low voltage MIGHT and i use that term loosly, might not let the lift pump transfer enough fuel to let the truck fire and start. And the charge may be enough to let it last to the next day. I would clean the battery connectors, and replace the batteries first. Maybe even throw in a clean fuel filter. Not much to lose if those are not the problem.
