Yes it will, but you may want to consider the ATS Diesel performance Co Pilot instead.
Yes it cost alot more but give you tune on the fly ajustability.
It changes the pressure at the source.

To answer you question, yes. The trans go kit will fit all years of the 1000 series. The only issues we are running into is the boost valve in the stator support is different on the later 04.5's, but the that is an additional piece and is not part of the transgo kit.

Are the Co-Pilot, Transgo, Bullydog shift kits enough for a tranny thats got 50,000 with an Edge and Hypertech combo? I think I know the answer but what do you guys think. Sorry if this has been covered before, I am new to the site.

Performance, the bully dog shift kit does not compare to the transgo and the copilot.

fatboy66, all except the two springs for the drainback issue which is different in the 04.5(I found that yesterday). These are not part of the actual kit anyways, only the update for the issues. SO, yes all the important pieces fit.
