The sig truck is at the, well you know. It is in for two tranny lines. Yesterday it snowed here and I used 4WD. I did not notice a light on the dash telling me it was in 4WD but I know it was. Is there an indicator on the dash? When I asked them to look at it they called me and acted like I was crazy that a light existed. Thanks

There is a light on the dash but it only illuminates if you have the manual transfer case floor shifter. If you have that cheesy push-button then the only light you'll get is on the button itself.

Dealer called back says it does have a light and that they will install a new cluster. I do have a push button to engage it. Please feel free to sill respond I dint want to tie this thing up again if I dint have to.

There was a how-to thread around here somewhere about wiring the IPC 4x4 indicator to come on when you hit the pushbutton 4x4; otherwise (at least in '03-04's), the IPC indicator is only enabled if you have the floor shifter...

He is correct.
Mine light on the dash does not illuminate. So, your new cluster won't change anything.
As said above. Their is a "DIY" Article on this to make it work..

Only on my floor shifted trucks...The legend is in the cluster, but not active on any of my ESOF (electronic shift on the fly) trucks.
