Also, please understand that with running a "leveling kit", you are essentially cranking your tbars along with everything else. That's how you get the lift.
Cognito's kit is the best because you get the new UCA that give you better clearance from the bump stops so your ride won't worsen after the kit. Then you add the aftermarket (longer) shocks and there you have it. After that, just add larger tires.....
If the only thing you do is crank your bars, then you WILL roughen the ride. Because your stock UCA's will bottom out on the bump stop and your shocks aren't long enough either with the added ride height, so that's where you get the poor ride. So you fix both throse problems with the Cognito kit.

yeah, thats why i was lookin at the cognito kit, cause it keeps the smoother ride with the UCA's and probally 5100's is what i would go with...thanks

the front end wont dip so bad in corners when you crank the t bars either.still better than a straight axel ride.

So Let Me Get This Right, Even Though I Install A Cognito Leveling Kit, The Leveling Or Raising Is Still Done With The T-bars?
In Other Words The Cognito Kit Makes It Ride Better And Not Bottom Out? But You Still Have To Adjust Your T-bars.

Thanks, I'm Really Considering Buying A Leveling Kit For My Truck. I Hate The Way The Frontend Looks But Don't Want To Risk The Ride.

I have read a ton on the Cognito kit and it sounds good but doesn't cranking the TB's still stress other componets?

Is there anything like the Cognito leveling kit available for the earlier trucks?
