I recently lowered my tune from the 100 horse setting :ro) to the 40 horse -:t notch anticipating towing my sled hauler this winter :) and now the speedometer seems to be off 5 to 10 mph (not sure keep forgettin GPS). Censored I reinstalled the stock program before installing the 40hp tune and then went to the parameters section to reinstall the previous settings for my tires (315/70-17) the speed limiter and everything exactly the same as it was from my last tune (100hp). Now the speedo sure seems to be off, my milage is incredible (because the odometers now off) and I'm left scratching my head. Now my power is gone, its raining (so much for the sleds) :( and I'm rolling up the miles on my trusty steed. Any helpful hints will be greatly appreciated thanx.
Greg.

Sorry guys, I just read a thread about this and I think I got my answer. I posted before I looked. I did not know I would have to set the parameters back to the factory setting and then modify them back to current spec. I will ask thi s though, do I need to exit out the predator for the changes to take place or can I just exit to the start up screen and reset the current tire/wheel specs?

No you do not need to exit out. Just change 315 to 320, then change it back to 315, then load the tune.
I wonder if the fixed this in the LLY version???

you should be able to goto modify tune, pick the tune level you want, change the settings, once theyre all changed you exit out and when you do it asks if you want to install the modified tune, say yes and walk thru it from there and the new tune and modifications are then installed. when ever i have changed power levels, i just repeat that without going back to stock and it works fine. did that make sense ?
