Long story short, we tore the engine down ourselves, and finally managed to get it back together. Finally get to start it up, and its sounding like crap-sounds like it's hittin on a couple of cylinders and fuel filled smoke out the exhaust. Acceleration is slow with engine smoothing out a little around 2000 rpm's (still rich fuel out the exhaust). I also checked it with EFI Live, and #3 cylinder's return rate just stays at 15 like it's dead, with a few others a little high. From what I searched, it seems like maybe injector wiring? Like the wire feeds to the injectors themselves, or wiring harness? BTW all injectors were within good range when we tore the engine down. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Truck is as in Sig.

Check the pins on the injector plugs carefully. I have 2 injectors that one pin will push back through the housing if I don't hold the wire on the back side.
