I am currently running a cat 0750 pre oem with no problems. The new dual element oem has me thinking maybe it will be too much restriction with both filters and no lift pump. Any thoughts ?:confused:

I wouldn't worry about that. the spec for the fuel system covers a broad range. i've never seen a truck (even one with 3 filters) anywhere close to the high side unless there is a problem.

i've measured several pre-oem 0749 installs, and the most i've ever measured was an extra .25 InHg..
