...and why ain't it in the acronym FAQ?

Here's what I'm talking about:
"Good - 'course, we don't want CT to go up - we want it to go down, towards 1.84-1.88"

Coolant Temperature, usually with Engine preceeding it - has nothing to do with TDCO - both are in the FAQ's.............

Can also mean Fuel Solenoid closure time, which should be around 1.84ms - not many references to that, as only a select few could afford a 5600buck scantool - has to do with DS4 performance spec and DTC 35 & 36 injection pulse width error short and long and P1216 & 1217 fuel solenoid response time short and long

If you really want to get into it, go to autoenginuitydotcom for a 400buck pcware scantool that totally emulates the 5600buck Tech2 dealer scantool, and is much more user-friendly.

I think it must be the "closure time" of the fuel solenoid. I was reading in a long thread about someone trying to troubleshoot a low boost issue, and the topic of de-fueling came up as the last thing to check before removing the turbo to check wastegate seal.

I just bought AutoEnginuity and will be playing with it this weekend after I install a new wastegate actuator. I'll have to look and see if has a "CT" in there somewhere.

Might also do a search on my handle, read all about DS4 theory of operation................
