So I brought my 05 to the shop the other day with about 82000 on the clock after I felt a really hard downshift to from 2nd to 1st and shortly after slipped enough to feel like I got rear ended when starting from a stop. They just called me and said my air cleaner is really dirty (which I dont doubt) and that was why the trans was acting weird. Im no transmission specialist but that sounds like a load of crap to me, they also said they are going to reprogram it. The warranty only has 800 miles left on it so I want to get it taken care of. What does everyone think would a reprogram fix that?
