I just installed my juice yesterday, everything went fine, I wasnt real sure I liked the way you had to bend the stock harness over for it to fit into the juice connector, but I didnt see any way around it. My question here is about proper drill bit sizes, the instructions that came w/the juice said a 5/16 bit, the instructions on Edges website say 21/64 bit, I couldnt even find a 21/64 bit, even at the Home Depot. Are these two sizes real close or whats the deal. I just want to be exactally sure before I drill.

i agree about the way the wiring is folded over, i didnt like it either. mine has been like this for months and has not caused any problems. most all taps have proper drill size stamped on the side. use what the tap says. if not, i would use the smaller of the two. cast iron is soft and taps easily. wil

Same size I think 5/16 is just more readily avalible.

A 5/16" bit is actually a 20/64" bit - that being 1/64" less than a 21/64" :) (I don'tsee where it would matter)
