OK Guys,

I have a question for you:

I have searched this forum & Bilstien's page & can't find the answer to this. I know that the B-stien shocks for our trucks are gas filled, but are they double acting?

Or, does the fact that they are gas filled MAKE them double action?

Double action: i.e. they have resistance on the compression & expansion phase or through the complete cycle

Any help would be appreciated!!

They're double acting as they are double valved so they resist forces from roadway bumps, as well as the unsprung suspension forces.
