Will my rims from my 2500hd fit onto a 2000 dodge 2500?

yeah. i sold my factory 04 aluminum wheels to a guy with a 99 3/4 ton dodge and they fit fine.

I thought the Dodge had a slightly larger hub? I think you have to machine the hole bigger.

I think you are correct...I know that Dodge boys need to bore out the center hubs on the H2 wheels in order for them to fit.

Yup. They're both 8 on 6.5 but the Dodge hub is larger than the center hole.
Ford uses an 8 on 170mm bolt pattern, won't even come close there.

Except they are not hubcentric and the offset is a little different, they don't stick out as much.

My rims are aftermarket. they the pro comp 17x9 8lug x6.5. will i need to machine them?

yes they will fit he will just have to get different lug nuts i sold my last set of rims to my buddy with a dodge and they fit just fine he just had to buy different lug nuts

they wont fit on the 05-07 2500 dodges becuase of the brakes. dodge runs a bigger rotor then the chevys

YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST A 17 INCH RIM FOR THEM TO FIT

I really hope so. I got pro comp rims that are black with chrome lip and the truck im buying is white with black trim.
