Finished installing the PPE/LBZ intercooler. Install was pretty straight forward but there are a few issues to keep in mind when installing it. The A/C condensor should be shimmed out and the bottom radiator bolts will need to be trimmed. Overall it is a very impressive set up and the early results from EGT's are very promising. I had the intercooler set up to work with the stock intake set up to keep the air intake heater in place. You can also use it with the PPE modified intake set up. The truck has the new ATS A5K set up on it and the combination seems to have a overall better performance. The motor is to new to really push it but I will soon have actual data under pulling conditions to see how the new set up works.

This is a tight fit but if you take your time and have someone help you it can be done on a few hours.

Congrads to PPE on another great product!

I think this may be the first one for the LBZ but I'm not 100% sure on that??? As far as pictures, I will see what I can do or if someone wants to stop by and take pictures then post them that would be cool also. This will be a great upgrade for towing or all out racing. I would imaging it will be on display at the Danville Dyno event also.

I know people hate sponser plugs but I have to thank PPE for putting forth the effort to build this thing.

Look under the Great Lakes events for Dyno Day information.
