I am having my truck lifted next week with a 6" lift and 35's. What are you guys doing for steps to get into the truck...its hard enough right now for the wife, kid and dogs. Show me some solutions.

I have (4) Carr Hoop Steps, one at each door on the crew cab. They are powder coated gloss black, so they blend with my black truck and are not very noticable. They work well for the wife and kids.

I've got Nerf bars, but there is a power step that tucks up just below the rocker panel, and automaticly drops about 6" or so when the door is opened...
Looked cool, but worried about salt/corrosion/function in this winter environment.
Kinda pricey too, I think about $400/ door

Interesting...
That 1 is a full length board. The one I'd seen was an individual step for each door.
I don't recall the brand, and couldn't find a site when I searched...

The electric single steps are the Kodiak Sidewinders, I believe that they drop 8", I got a price of $1000 for all for installed. http://www.kodiaksidewinder.com/

I'm trying to find a dealer/installer that handles the AMP Research Power Steps. I live in Wisconsin... trying to find someone here or in the surrounding states. Anyone know of one?

Black Westin merf bars here. My 4'10" mom pops right into truck with no problem. Being a tech I like the nerf bars better because they don't hang below frame so putting truck up on lift for service is no problem. Sometimes hoops get in way of lift arms.
