Tossed it together pretty quick.

Reason for survey is I need a diesel truck and wanted some feedback and I'm sure others also looking at upgrading trucks as well that are on forums.

Will share the results also once I got a good amount of people completed it, which most likely will be on Monday or Tuesday next week

If you use this pole on other sites for Ford and Dodge that this pole could easily be weighed in one direction depending on how many GM, Ford, or Dodge owners put in.
I put mine in and yes it is pro GM. I don't think you are going to get a true answer as to which truck is the best by doing this but I am curious about the results.

Excellent point akdiesel. Corwin, if you haven't already you might post this on the Ford and Dodge diesel sites. Just completed the poll. I like the format and program you used. JJ :)

Posted on a bunch of other forum sites also last night that cover Dodge and Ford.

Also did it on RV.net but got into trouble when I started being cheap and asking for donations of a buck or two to help cover web survey costs involved.

Upgraded the web survey account tonight, so now have live results you can view.

Very nicely done. All of the poles look identical except for the Dodge's tranny section.
Well, from what I gather from your pole so far is that GM has put out a truck/diesel for the last 4 years and only has changed a few items and is staying very competitive with the other two and they other two have done alot of changes in the past two years.
But this again is a Duramax fan's opinion.

They all look pretty close. Surprised Dodge did so well considering the comments you typically get on the GM and Ford sites.

So did that clear anything up. Looks like pretty much a dead heat from a quick look at the results. Other than there are a lot more handshaker Dodges than the others and most people use their trucks for rving the majority are generally happy with whatever they drive.

Did you arrive at a decision on a truck?

Dunno, looked to me as though Ford came in last; mileage, service and quality/comfort. Pretty close between GM and DC...
