Which all headlight on mod is the easiest and best one to do. All I want is my DRLs and Headlights to be on at the same time when the low beams are on, and my DRLs Low Beams and High Beams to be on when the Highs are on. I do not have factory fog lights. Any help, direction, or links would be appreciated. TIA

Check the "All on headlight mod" sticky at the top of this electrical forum.

If you rig your low/high headlights to come on (which is probably the easiest and cost you about 10 cents), the daytime running lights won't give you that much more lighting IMO.

No, but they'll look nice with the amber bulbs in there.

Blow a $160 bucks and get yourself a set of HID, then you wont need all the other lights on. Trust me. I have Pilot HIDs for lows @ 4300K and never use the Highs or fogs....
