Im lookin at getting propane injection and was just wondering if there was any difference in the kits. I was looking at the Powershot, the ATS, and the Bullydog kits. Ill probably go with the powershot because of the price but i was just wondering?

I have tried the bullydog & powershot 2000. My preference would be the PS 2000. It works great, safe, much easier to install.:D

Save your money for tranny work, putting more unuseable power in your truck is a waste of money.

What's more effective for an '84 6.2? A tcharger kit or propane injection?

epeightyseven do some serious checking but I don't think propane is even a option on a non turbo engine

From what I have read, propane will give only about 10% more power on a naturally aspirated diesel. The problem is you have only so much air to mix fuel with. I bought one recently that I plan to experiment on. Put a turbo on that 6.2 and then the propane will really help. I also believe that to a certain extent, extra power made by lp is easier on the engine than by doing it all with diesel. It burns longer in the power cycle, so there are lower peak pressures on components.
