Anyone had trouble with the temp indicator on rear view mirror? Is your weatherfront installed, mine seemed to mess up the indicator.

thanks

Go to Kennedy's tech tips and he shows you how to move it and where so it is not affected by radiator heat and such.

That's normal, since the sensor isn't getting accurate temp readings. As 96GMC stated, you can relocate the sensor (which I ran out of time to do this fall).........1st item on the to do list in the spring! Besides, when I look at the temp, I just add 'colder' to whatever the reading is and shiver more.

I've never seen 95 or anywhere near that............what was the outside temp? And, are you using the lower along with the upper?

Mine seems to be consistently 4-5 degrees warmer than whatever they say on the radio. Never more, never less. I moved it over to the side more when I added my second tranny cooler and it didn't seem to make any difference.

Had bumper cover and plow on, went down to 52 w/ no winter cover.
Outside temp was 15 to 20.

Plow will definateley mess with reading ALOT!! iirc when the sensor went bad on my 2000 it wouldn't give any reading at all.
